Your role in our journey
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate and work in partnership with our business leaders to provide a variety of excellent advice and support to enable the delivery of business objectives. You will empower our leaders to manage employee resources fairly and equitably. Naturally, you’ll see that they do everything right by best practice, employment legislation and Barnsley’s own culture and policies. As Gold Investors in People, we recognise how very important your expertise will be in achieving our goals and supporting our people. So you’ll enjoy a wide range of interesting challenges - from managing change processes to implementing HR enabling technologies.
What you’ll need
To succeed as a HR Business Partner, you’ll need a Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR Management/Development, plus a commitment to become a Chartered Member of CIPD. You’ll bring to the role significant experience in HR - providing professional advice and guidance to managers and be committed to working in genuine partnership with others.
