The role- You will play a key role within the Gravesham and Medway Shared Licensing Service by carrying out a range of administrative duties and supporting its strategic development.

Essential qualifications/experience - The successful candidate will have a good level of general education and have strong organisational, time management, communication and IT skills with a can-do, solution-focussed, attitude.

You will be a team-player, but also someone who is reliable and able to carry out administrative tasks under pressure and with minimum supervision in due course.

Desirable qualifications/experience- The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an administrative and/or licensing position, hold a qualification in a relevant subject (e.g. licensing, admin, business, I.T, etc.) and have experience of using the IDOX Uniform software; however prior experience, qualifications and knowledge are not essential for the right person who is keen and able to learn and undertake training as may be required.
