This role is within the Central Support Team which provides administrative support to the senior managers in Adult Social Care and Health. As a member of the team you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to assist in the smooth running of the Department by providing administrative support to Heads of Service. This will include providing a point of contact for enquiries, taking minutes at high-level meetings, managing diaries and all other general administrative tasks.
You will need the skills to liaise with a variety of professionals and other agencies at the forefront of our service, be a good communicator with strong MS Office skills and have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
