Reporting tothe Statutory Compliance Manager, the Compliance Officer will monitorcompletion of statutory compliance programmes within the context of thecorporate landlord, providing technical advice to a range of relevantstakeholders, including external contractors, and building occupants.
Providingadministrative support, as well as maintaining and auditing relevantdocument and property asset management systems, will form a key part ofthe job.
- Producing, developing and presenting performance related and statistical data to assist with the management of the statutory compliance programmes
- Assisting with the on going maintenance and development of the Facilities Management department's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Undertaking desk top and on-site post inspection of compliance reports
Thesuccessful applicant will have effective communication skills and attention todetail, combined with the ability to keep accurate records and produce work torequired deadlines.
Knowledge of buildingrelated Health and Safety requirements will be an advantage.
