You’ll possess a Level 3 in a relevant subject and have experience of utilising Microsoft Packages. Within a busy office you’ll be able to keep a keen eye for detail, and produce employment contracts ensuing compliance with legislation and procedures.
This role will enjoy development and maintenance of the SAP Organisation Management (OM) module where we hold our structures. Having excellent interpersonal skills you’ll be able to provide general advice and guidance on a range of processes and procedures to people of all levels.

Your role in our journey
As an HR Officer within the organisation management and employee contracts team you will undertake a specialist service - from the provision of advice, guidance and information, through to the completion of projects. You’ll be seen as the key point of contact for structure systems and contractual compliance - helping people to understand policies, procedures, guidance and legislation, and making sure everything is implemented in the right way.
What you’ll need
To join us, you’ll need a Level 3 in a relevant subject and have experience of utilising Microsoft Packages. You’ll bring to the role a proven flair to provide technical support and support the provision of data providing professional advice and guidance to managers and external agencies. You also have experience of working within a team, analysing data, and interpreting strategies and legislation. Crucially, you are an excellent communicator and have a talent for collaborative working.
