Key Responsibilities

You will be one of a team of lawyers dealing with a varied caseload ofPlanning and Regeneration matters that includes planning enforcement, highwaysagreements, S.106 agreements, planning policy, planning enquiries and CIL. Youwill have good drafting and negotiation skills and be able to conduct yourcaseload with minimum supervision. You will be expected to provide support forvery complex matters under supervision. You will be involved in PlanningInquiries and Examinations in Public and will liaise regularly with Counsel.You will be accustomed to working flexibly and at pace in a busy environment.

Requirements

You mustbe a Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of CILEX and hold a Practisingcertificate.
