We have 3 new exciting part time opportunities for passionate Customer Services Advisors based at Tonbridge Gateway, located within the grounds of Tonbridge Castle:
1. Customer Services Advisor - 17.5 hours per week
2. Customer Services Advisor - 14.5 hours per week (two roles)
Tonbridge Gateway offer a multi-agency service to customers of Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council, Kent County Council services, and a range of partners from the public and voluntary sectors.
Reporting to the Gateway Manager, you will undertake a customer facing role for enquiries related to Customer Services, Gateway, and tourist information. Our offices are open seven days a week at Tonbridge, so you may be offered work on any day including at weekends.
Educated to GCSE grade C standard or above in maths and English, you will have previous experience of providing a customer focussed, front-line, public enquiry service. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrate confident IT skills.
There is a lot to learn, so you must be prepared to assimilate and retain a large amount of information quickly and demonstrate a “can-do” approach to your work. In return we will give you ongoing training and support.
