We’re looking for a new Careers Hub Enterprise Coordinator who will help us bring the West of England Careers Hub to local schools and support our Enterprise Adviser Network.
The Enterprise Coordinator will sit at the heart of a network that connects schools in the West of England with Enterprise Advisers, who are volunteers from our business community. By working together, the Enterprise Advisors and schools are improving careers and enterprise activities and engaging young people with the world of work.
If successful, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with senior leaders in local schools, working closely with them to understanding their development needs. You will also support our Enterprise Advisers as they identify ways to address the schools’ needs and drive improvements against the Gatsby Benchmarks, a framework of eight guidelines that define the best careers provision in schools and colleges.
We are looking to grow the Enterprise Adviser Network and you will play a key role by recruiting new Enterprise Advisers and successful matching them with schools with the Careers Hub.
This is a fixed term appointment, ending on 31 August 2020. This role may extended beyond this date, subject to continued funding. We are happy to accept application for Full time/ Part-time / Job share and secondment requests.
Interviews for this post will be held Thursday 30 May 2019.
