IT Customer Services Analyst
£29,766 - £30,711 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Customer Services Analyst to join our busy IT Service Delivery team based in the Civic Centre. 

You will form part of the IT Service Desk team, providing telephone based support for our 2600 customers across a wide range of systems and technologies.  You will have excellent communications skills and proven customer service skills.  Previous experience in an IT support environment would be useful.  No two days will be the same and you will support a diverse number of IT systems aiming to resolve most of your calls at the point of contact.

You will have good technical knowledge and an awareness of current technologies. 

Knowledge of the ITIL best practice framework would be an advantage.
