This is an exciting new role that has been established in our busy and growing contracts team to support the council’s commercial agendas, in particular to lead on supporting the council’s ambitious regeneration and development projects. The pipeline of projects at Brent is on a scale that two new senior posts are being created to ensure the legal support can be effectively delivered in house.
As an experienced contracts lawyer, you will have a sound understanding of procurement regulations and statutory processes that apply within local government and specific expertise in advising on construction and other regeneration related contracts and procurement. You will be a strong team player able to play an effective influencing role in project teams.
