This role will help managers identify the most appropriate resourcing solution and develop and implement recruitment strategies that secure a strong field of candidates. As well as delivering on this service, this specialist will work on our recruitment collateral and processes to ensure we are maximising our opportunities to attract good quality candidates.
The role involves significant liaison with managers to ensure the best possible talent is resourced. You will therefore be able to build strong relationships in order to gain a better understanding of the resourcing needs of our various service units.
The successful candidate will have considerable and recent experience of working in a recruitment, talent engagement or business partnering role, be familiar with and have applied ROI models and have the credibility and impact to challenge and influence managers.
You will be a creative thinker who can develop original ideas and solutions to ensure that people resources are obtained in the most responsive and cost effective way. CIPD qualification desirable.
