Your role in our journey
As Digital Officer in Customer Services you will provide support to develop and maintain the council website, eforms, directories and other digital platforms to ensure that digital services are the channel of choice for customers, residents and partners. You will work collaboratively across council and partner services to support the design and delivery of new ways of working that exploit digital technologies. You will ensure that best practice principles of information design and architecture are applied to all online products to ensure a high quality online experience and a seamless customer journey.
What you’ll need
This is a permanent opportunity, to join us; you’ll need a relevant level 4 qualification and evidence of continuous professional development. You will be digitally confident and adept in the use of online resources and have experience and knowledge of designing digital access channels such as web, social media, mobile etc. You will have experience of engaging and consulting key stakeholders using enhanced interpersonal skills to create and edit digital content suitable for a variety of audiences. Resilient, self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines, it is your talent for communication and an imaginative, creative and innovative approach to service delivery that really sets you apart.
