To be successful in this role you will enjoy undertaking a variety of tasks, from dealing with benefit queries on the telephone to providing administrative support to our other teams, including Benefits, Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing.
You will be educated to QCF (NVQ) level 3 (or equivalent) in a related discipline or have relevant equivalent experience. Good customer and communication skills are essential, as are ICT skills.
