We are interested in hearing from current frontline managers or experienced Social Workers who wish to progress into management and would like to join our Child in Need Teams here at Halton as a Practice Lead.
The Child in Need Teams are frontline operational teams responsible for assessing and meeting the needs of children with complex needs and compromised parenting. Within the Practice Lead role you will be responsible for supervising and supporting front line Social Workers within the team. This will include chairing meetings, holding regular supervisions, quality assuring assessments, assessing ASYE Social Workers and you will also have the opportunity to attend and represent the Child In Need teams at operational meetings such as MARAC and MAPPA.
