We are looking for two Project Managers to join our small client at Brierley Homes to deliver required planning and construction outcomes. As Project Manager you will manage the consultancy support required in order to achieve this, and your opinion will be valued throughout the design and delivery of each scheme. You will have a passion for delivering high quality housing, take pride in what you do and will be working as part of an energetic, values-driven and diverse team.

Brierley Homes is a new homes developer delivering high quality housing with ambitious plans to deliver c. 150 homes a year across North Yorkshire and the surrounding counties.
Our first project, a development of 17 two, three and four-bedroomed homes at Holly Garth, Thorpe Willoughby, near Selby is due for completion in summer 2019 and a number of homes have already been sold off plan. Planning applications are advanced on another 60 homes at three Harrogate sites and Brierley Homes are actively acquiring further land to support the growth of the business over the coming years. The business is extremely well capitalised with all funding in place to support this ambitious growth agenda.
