West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit a full time Care Assistant for Phoenix Resource centre.
We provide services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and for those with frailty and dementia.

The successful candidate will work with our customers in a person centred way, promoting their independence and wellbeing and supporting people to fulfil their potential, both in the resource centre and in the community.
No experience necessary, all training will be provided. However a demonstrable commitment to our values is essential.

This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
This role also requires you to work flexibly and undertake other duties appropriate to the post.
