We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated HR professional who can move with pace and make a real impact to HR practices in a new organisation. Birmingham Children’s Trust is on an exciting journey since it came into being in April 2018. It has improved it’s Ofsted standing for the first time in 10 years. We need a self-starting individual who can help us take our development plan to the next level. Workforce development is one of our key strategic priorities and there’s much scope for HR to make a real difference for the Trust.
We would like to hear from you if you have that spark to support the essential HR activities of an organisation of 1800 employees whilst also having the innovation and drive to help us move forward.
Generalist experience of HR casework including coaching managers to reduce sickness absence levels, to improve employees performance and developing new HR approaches and procedures is essential. We offer up to 34 days annual leave, a final salary pension and a range of employee benefits which we will be developing further.
For an informal discussion please contact Gordon Latham on 07892786507.
Interviews are scheduled to take place on Friday 10th May 2019
