This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Financial Services and Payments Support Officer in a busy accountancy environment.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with accurate data entry skills to provide support to the Financial Services Team, particularly in the prompt processing of purchase orders, payment requests, sundry debtors, payment card transactions and the payment of creditor invoices in accordance with Audit requirements.
To apply you must have high levels of computer literacy, good communication and organisational skills and must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
You will be required to work 14.5 hours per week (preferably Thursday/Friday but with some overlap initially with the existing job share post holder in order to provide training). An element of flexibility may be required on occasions with prior notice and agreement.
