Applications are invited for the above post which will manage and deliver the Heritage Lottery Fund first-round grant funding and project manage the development of the second-round bid. The post holder will prepare, maintain and monitor a master project programme, ensuring all key milestones are identified and that all stakeholders are fully engaged. The successful applicant will require significant communication skills and excellent organisational ability.
The post is offered on a full time basis of 37 hours per week for 12 months initially with an option to extend for a further 18 months if the second round HLF funding bid is successful.
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide information, advice and instruction in accurate spoken English is an essential requirement.
The successful candidate will be automatically enrolled in the Local Government Pension Scheme and will be required to obtain a Basic Disclosure.
This post is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Barrow Borough Council.
