STUDENT SERVICES SUPPORT OFFICER – TACC S08A
Start date as soon as possible
Band B point 5; £9.99 per hour
(actual salary £13,023)
25 hours per week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9am - 3.45pm
We are seeking to appoint someone who will provide a professional, efficient, supportive and welcoming frontline customer service for the College.
You will assist in enrolment procedures from course information to fee collection including processing and storing student data. You will be dealing with a diverse range of enquiries face to face, by phone and via email. You will also be expected to carry out other learner related administrative duties.
Flexibility is essential to the role as you may be required to work additional hours to cover; peak enrolment times, sickness or annual leave, which may require a change to your working pattern.
Occasional Saturdays and evenings are also part of the role.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
