Salary Band B-D, £18,795 - £24,799 per annum
Due to the current post holder being successfully appointed to a senior role, we are looking for someone for a period of up to 18 months to join the Administration Team. We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills who will be an effective member of the team and apply a flexible working approach, with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. The successful candidate needs to have experience of working face to face with the public in potentially difficult situations and have a flexible approach to dealing with their workload with particular emphasis on providing support and assistance to our Housing Officers and the Housing Management Team as a whole.
Housing Management focuses on delivering high quality service and the successful candidate must be confident in dealing with a range of customers both over the telephone and face to face with particular emphasis providing clear advice to customers on tenancy and housing management queries, sometimes of a complex nature as the role is the initial point of customer contact for the Housing Management Team.
This post is career graded. Movement between the bands is subject to meeting the Development Ladder framework which has been produced and requesting that competence and experience be assessed by the Team Manager.
