We are looking for an enthusiasticand dynamic candidate for our Technical Support Apprenticeship Programme(specialising in Highways Technical Administrative Support)!This is an apprenticeship for up to 18 months. Apprenticeswill receive on-the-job training tosupport engineers and managers within a new multi-disciplinary highways team.

The successfulindividual will have the ability to provide comprehensive and high qualitytechnical administrative support, meeting performance targets and embedding aculture of "Putting our residents first", whilst maintainingcontinuous service improvement.

Our successful candidate will earn £12,207 annual salary and alsoreceive a generous holiday allowance and access to a variety of companybenefits! (Please note that pay intervals are monthly).
About the person
Youshould have experience or knowledge of providing administrative and/ortechnical support functions; meeting challenging targets and deadlines; with excellentcommunication and good planning and organisational skills.You must also beable to demonstrate good customer service, flexibility and ready to adapt tochanging workloads. This Business Administration ApprenticeshipProgramme is an ideal entry into the occupation and supports progression withinthe sector. If you have 3 GCSEs at grade A*- C or equivalent (including Mathsand English), you will have the opportunity to achieve a BTEC level 3 Diplomain Business Administration.

An equivalent or higher level qualification in the sameprofessional area (Business Administration) cannot be held
