This is an exciting opportuntiy to work within our Community Reablement Service. Our ambition is to support all of our residents of Central Bedfordshire so that they can remain independent and continue living at home. As a multi-disciplinary team, we work together to achieve the right outcomes for the people we serve. As you help us to fulfil our visions, we'll provide you with training to find your greatness with us.

As Lead Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for Community Reablement Services within Central Bedfordshire. A proven track record of managing staff and services are essential, along with an in-depth understanding of the needs of older people and people with disabilities.
