We are seeking an eager, highly motivated, and technically minded Gazetteer professional to join our ICT Application Delivery and Support Team. In this challenging and varied role you will help deliver a strategic approach to LLPG/LSG management whilst providing a level of technical support to the GIS subteam.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Gazetteer Officer with excellent data management, IT skills and ideally a qualification in GIS or similar. The candidate will posses first-rate communication and organisation skills, show initiative and be competent in all aspects of LLPG and LSG maintenance. In addition, the applicant will have a pro-active and innovative approach and be able to work with individual Service Areas to support change initiatives across the authority.
This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
