Woking Borough Council is recruiting an Independent Living Scheme Manager to manage at team at Brockhill to work to ensure that the care and social needs of the residents and visitors are met and that an inclusive, welcoming and pleasant environment is created at Brockhill. We are looking for a highly motivated, empathetic and committed staff member to join our team and work effectively and meaningfully with the residents and visitors to Brockhill.
Applicants will have experience of working in a relevant field. Strong empathy and communication skills are imperative. Applicants will be passionate, out going, organised and committed to working with elderly residents.

As this job involves contact with vulnerable groups including children, successful applicants will be required to obtain a Disclosure Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Assistance will be given by the Council and further details will be in the job application pack.
