You will join a group of apprentices providing customer service and administrative support across different teams. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic to learn, have a ‘can do’ approach to solving problems for our customers, and who are team players with the ability to organise and prioritise their work.
You need to be quite physically able as there is lots of standing, bending and walking, especially during the first 8 weeks when you will be involved in sorting and delivering the post whilst becoming familiar with all services delivered by the Council. You will also be using machinery in the print, post and scanning room.
