About the role
The role reports to the Contracts Manager for Parking within the Contracts and Commercial department, and will work with a team responsible for providing a professional and customer-focused service through the successful management of our parking contract. Post holders will be responsible for ensuring services are provided to an exceptional standard that meet the needs of our communities and requirements for wider environmental and social value. 

About you
We are looking for candidates with experience of monitoring and managing contractors providing public facing services. Our candidate is someone who can work successfully with key stakeholders including Members, residents, businesses, communities, partner organisations and other public services. Ideally experience within a parking services would be a benefit, but learning and development opportunities will be provided to candidates that can demonstrate a willingness to grow in to the role. 

Our new team members will be able to work independently to deadlines and targets, design and implement work schedules and have a flexible approach to their work.
