We are seeking a Member Services Assistant to work as part of an established team in Member Services.  The successful individual will be responsible for providing administration support to the team including diary and travel arrangements for the Mayor.  They will be the first point of contact for members of the public and the Mayor and must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills.

The post holder will also participate in running civic events.

 The successful candidate must have

  • previous office experience and be a strong team player
  • excellent communication, IT and telephone skills
  • a flexible and adaptable approach to working hours to provide office cover and deliver projects
