We have an exciting opportunity to join the Operational Support Team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support to the service, including providing office and specialist operational business support to the service.
The successful candidate will support the utilisation of the Library Management System (LMS) acquisitions module, to enable staff to use the system to its full potential.
You will ensure that all aspects of Blue Badges, Invoicing, Appointments, Parking permits and Penalty Charge Notice processing and all other given tasks are completed to agreed procedures within the current regulations and deadlines, ensuring that customers and colleagues are provided with an accurate and efficient service.
You will manage the green waste subscription service ensuring all customers are aware of their renewal dates and that the associated payments are reconciled.
You and the team will be responsible for managing the bookings system from external and internal stakeholders for use of Library space.
You should have excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Agresso, EDI, LMS and JADU and a background in Customer Services and Library services.
