More about the role:

The Special Educational Needs & Disability Service is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is a key part in the delivery of a high quality service to children and families.
The successful candidate will have a willing, flexible, enthusiastic approach to the role. You will have solid administrative experience and IT skills. You will be self-motivated and have proven time management skills and a good team spirit. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. As well as the experience and ability to cope in a fast paced and challenging office environment.
 
Experience in financial and procurement processes and the use of the Council’s SAP/SRM system is necessary, as this role requires you to administer financial transactions on behalf of the SEND Service. We will support you to further develop and find your greatness in this varied and rewarding role.
