We are seeking a caring, committed individual to join our Day Opportunities team. You will work alongside our Support/Outreach workers to deliver personalised services to our customers with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and frailty and dementia.
The position is a “hands on” role supporting our customers with their personal care needs whilst they are with us and also supporting them to access and participate in a range of activities and occupations whilst using our Resource Centre.
This role also doubles up as a “Passenger Assistant” to work with our driving team to safely transport customers to and from their homes and the Resource Centre on our in house transport.
This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
