An exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Management and Development of Adult Social Care in an integrated setting with the Mental Health Trust, and to meet the challenges we face. The successful applicant will be responsible for the leadership and management of a range of staff delivering our statutory duties to people with mental health and the delivery of new initiatives

We are looking for an experienced social care manager to be a key member of the Assistant Director's Management team. The successful applicant will undertake a management and leadership role to deliver our responsibilities working in partnership with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust (SPFT).
The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of all staff seconded to SPFT under the Section 75 agreement

We are looking for an innovative manager to make a major contribution to meeting the challenges we face working alongside other General Managers, our colleagues in Public Health, the mental Health Trust and other sectors.
