An opportunity has arisen for both a full time and part time Office Administrator working with our Business Support team, providing excellent customer service and administration functions to the teams within Housing.

This full time post is for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

There is a part time post available - 22.5 hours per week, with some degree of flexibility over working pattern - Please see the advert for B&H04840.

Main advert detail

We are looking for someone who can provide a responsive, customer focused and high-quality front line reception service and with proven experience in a wide range of administrative and financial functions to support the work of colleagues in the Housing Centre, local housing offices and in particular the Business Support Managers.

The successful candidate will have:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience in using a wide range of IT & Microsoft office packages.

- A flexible, adaptable approach to work with ability to multi task & prioritise your workload effectively according to service priorities.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.

- Understanding of cash handling and processing of invoices and other financial documents.

The role is based at the Housing Centre, Moulsecoomb but there will be opportunity to occasionally work from one of our other Housing offices located across the city.

Interviews week commencing 8th April.
