Knoll House is a residential care home for older people in Brighton and Hove, providing community short term services for up to 20 people.
We are currently recruiting for 2 part-time Day Support Workers at Knoll House, the above salary will be pro-rated for part-time hours
1 x 22 hour post to include working alternate weekends.
1 x 30 hour post to include working alternate weekends.

Our service works in close partnership with Health providing a rehabilitative service aimed at maximising people's independence and supporting them to return home where possible.
The aim of the service is to support timely discharge from hospital as well as attempting to avoid people being unnecessarily admitted to hosptial.
We currently have 2 part time vacancies for support workers on our team. The role of support worker is to be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, supporting people with personal care needs and supporting the recovery and rehabilitation goals to maximise peoples potential. To encourage independence and treat people with respect and courtesy, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
