Assistant HR Adviser
Salary Grade: Scale 4 spine points 18 - 21
Actual Salary: £22,641 to £24,081 per annum (pending NJC pay award)
Contractual Status: Fixed term until March 2020 (subject to schools SLA)
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a highly organised person with good communication skills and excellent attention to detail to join the Schools Human Resources team. This is a customer focused role to provide effective support across the HR function with particular focus on recruitment, employee records and operational administration.
As first point of contact for schools, you must be customer focused, well organised and able to work in a fast paced environment, meeting tight and often conflicting deadlines.
You will need to have good IT, numeracy and written skills and have the ability to manage data within various databases including the data entry of records, and the ability to analyse and report on information. Attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility and can do attitude are paramount to this role.

If shortlisted for this role, there will be some tasks to complete on the testing activities day and will last for approximately 1 hour. There will be no need to prepare for the tests.
