A vacancy for a Practice Co-ordinator has arisen in the Legal Services department of Halton Borough Council.
The Legal Services department is made up of Solicitors, Legal Executives and Clerical staff.
As the Practice Coordinator you will be required to interact and work with the three teams within the section, Social Care and Education, Policy and Regeneration and Environment and Licensing in addition to dealing with your own duties.
You must be a highly organised person and possess excellent IT and communication skills, an ability to work flexibly as part of the team and also individually with a willingness to help to identify efficient working patterns.
You should have the knowledge and experience to deal with Legal Services accounts, HR, Risk Management and internal filing systems.
