We are looking for a candidate to lead the design, implementation and management of the council's Information, Communications & Technology (ICT) infrastructure and over the long-term meet the Council's key strategic ICT drivers. Through the management of the teams ensure a high quality, customer focussed ICT service operation is delivered.
The successful candidate must have a technical background and significant experience of managing complex infrastructures and driving the adoption of ITIL processes. It is essential they have the ability to motivate technical teams and a passion for delivering first class customer service.
