About the role:
The post linked to the Central Library Visa Service is to support the Visa Verification Service provided through the library. This service started in November 2018 and is dependent on external funding. It operates Monday-Saturday (not Wednesday)
If you have a friendly, customer focused attitude and are interested in helping us provide a valued community service, in a customer-facing environment, then we would love to hear from you! Your duties could include working on library desks and helping people use the library service. It’s essential that you can use computers, but we will train you on the tools you will need.
