Local London covers the most important growth area in the capital. We are a partnership of 8 London Boroughs including Enfield, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Newham, Greenwich and Bexley. We need an experienced and dynamic person to join our team and help to really put Local London on the map.
We need someone to coordinate our multi-million pound skills programmes and develop the policies that will support this part of London in terms of housing, infrastructure, business and communities. You will need to be an excellent programme manager ensuring that performance is monitored and key stakeholders are engaged in the progress being delivered.
The role is also about looking for new opportunities and creating a proactive programme for Local London that is both relevant to the people and place. This is about identifying where we should be seeking resources, engaging key stakeholders and working closely with colleagues from across the authorities to develop policies and plans. You need to be creative in how you respond to the challenges facing us and effective in engaging the key stakeholders right across Local London.
Local London is dependent on our ability to develop and grow partnerships and networks. We work closely with the political leadership across the region as well as senior managers and business leaders. If you can offer enthusiasm, creativity and relevant experience then we want to hear from you. Please do apply and If you want to discuss the opportunities please drop a line to the Director at email@example.com
Interviews will be held week commencing 1st April 2019.
Closing Date: 17th March 2019.
