A new single Strategy, Intelligence and Performance service at the centre of the council aims to offer a joined-up first class service across a wide variety of council services and key external partners.

We are looking for a Parking Services Business Analyst that will sit within the Strategic Intelligence and Corporate Performance part of our new service. You will undertake the reporting of data and information to support performance management of parking services.


The role also involves working with parking services to ensure that all aspects of its work are monitored, measured, reviewed and reported on, in order to contribute to the performance management and improvement aspects of the service's programmes.


You will produce the analysis of data and information that enhances the understanding of practitioners, managers and elected members in respect of parking services.


The work is varied and as part of a diverse service, covering a range of specialisms, you will have exposure to and opportunities for development in new areas.
