We are looking for a Civil Enforcement Technician to join our Civil Enforcement Team and also provide support to the Civil Enforcement Manager.
About the role:
Your responsibilities will include processing and preparing documents, dealing with correspondence and answering telephone enquiries from the public.
As an important member of our busy Civil Enforcement Team you should be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience in office administration.
- High quality communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to compose concise, accurate and structured letters and reports.
- the discipline to work to deadlines
