PART-TIME LECTURERS:  Hair and Media Make-up Specialist Lecturer    

Hours available range from 4 hours a week upwards, including evening and weekends – (equivalent hourly rate £21.51 - £30.02) Pro rata salary £20,287.00 - £28,312.00 (including London Weighting) Classes are delivered at a range of venues across the borough.

Waltham Forest Adult Learning Service is the local authority’s direct provider of adult education and work-based training. Officially rated as “Good” following our OFSTED inspection in July 2016, we are on a journey to “Outstanding.”

To ensure we are successful in the next stage of our journey we are looking for experienced and qualified lecturers and subject specialists in the following areas: make up, face paint theatrical make up, Avant garde make up in our team.

Make up Beauty Lecturer:

We are seeking a part-time Make up Beauty Lecturer who is passionate about the subject and is able to raise achievement through motivating, challenging and inspiring our students. The role will involve teaching at Level 1 & 2. The successful candidate will have the expertise and experience to deliver highly effective teaching learning and assessment and support students to maximize their potential and to make positive progress towards their timely success and future study and employment.
