Resident Involvement Officer
If you’re a strong team player, well-organised, excellent people person and able to work in a fast paced environment, read on! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join the council’s award-winning resident involvement team as resident involvement officer. This role is a good next step for someone with experience in a housing OR community engagement related field. You would join a friendly team of officers who are committed to delivering an excellent resident involvement service, ensuring residents have meaningful involvement in decisions relating to their homes and neighbourhoods. You would help us to implement our new housing resident involvement framework, involving tenants and leaseholders in how we maintain their homes and deliver housing services, collaborating with colleagues in regeneration and adult social care on special projects.
