We are looking to recruit a self-motivated individual to become the Antisocial Behaviour Coordinator for the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.
Your principal role will be to devise, implement and deliver the Royal Borough’s ASB functions – undertaking a case management function for those escalated concerns, received from the wider community protection service. You must therefore be highly familiar with relevant law and guidance relating to antisocial behaviour, particularly the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
The role will be responsible for conducting case review meetings with internal and external partners, undertaking legislative reviews, community consultations and working with local media and community groups to reduce perceptions of ASB.
The role will also line manage a small team of four community wardens, supported by the Community Warden Lead; devising targeted operations and conducting staff performance reviews.
Candidates should be aware the role requires the successful candidate to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
To discuss this role further, please contact Andy Aldridge, Community Protection Lead at email@example.com
