We are looking for enthusiastic and highly-motivated individuals with proven planning experience to join our progressive Planning Enforcement Team.
These roles will require you to lead on all types of enforcement casework, including applications for planning permission and progression of cases to prosecution. In addition you will have responsibility for a number of planning officers within the Enforcement Team.

This is a key role in the Planning Team and you will play an integral role in driving forward high quality development within the borough and effectively turn our vision into reality.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a minimum of two years of recent & relevant Development Management experience within a high performing Local Planning Authority. You should be self motivated, enthusiastic, able to work as part of a team and have the ability to progress a complex and varied caseload in a positive and solutions led manner.
The successful candidates will lead in contributing to the delivery of an efficient and effective Development Management service for the borough, including engagement with developers and other key stakeholders in enabling the delivery of quality developments within a robust planning policy framework.
