Providing excellent customer service is a priority for the council. This includes having a complaints process that is easy to access and one that services learn from. To support the complaints process, we are looking for an officer with an outstanding customer service ethos, who would like to support this area of work.
You will act as the first point of contact for complaints through a variety of media, with specific responsibility for supporting the Corporate Complaints Officer. You will carry out tasks to receive and process information via different channels chosen by the public to make a complaint, or enquire about making a complaint.
If you have excellent communication and problem solving skills and experience of providing information and/or advice to members of the public we want to hear from you.
