We are looking for an experienced HR professional with an impressive track record gained in leading on excellent HR customer service, modern resourcing and on-boarding practice. The delivery of HR transactional teams and the use of workforce information and analytics to help inform and shape HR practice and service delivery. You'll have the credibility and confidence together with a detailed understanding of a complex organisation, combined with the ability to lead a first class customer orientated service.
You will lead our resourcing and on-boarding service (including occupational assessment) as well as the HR transactional team, supporting managers in all aspects of frontline HR advice and process. With involvement in and responsibility for developing the whole service, maximising the use of technological solutions to enhance the HR offer. You will also require in-depth knowledge of the use and benefits of workforce information and data analytics to help drive and develop HR practice across the organisation.
