Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council owns and manages more than 10,000 social rented and leaseholder homes and we have ambitions to do more. To do this, we are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team to work Wednesday & Thursday each week.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will work with the Compliance Manager and the Team to develop effective financial and non- financial monitoring of all M&E contracts, planned, repairs and maintenance contracts. You will also be responsible for providing administrative back up and support to the gas, electrical energy / communal doors / alarms / lifts, and any other areas of the M&E Compliance team. This will include answering telephone enquiries about the status of repair works and placing 'the customer first.'
You will respond to enquiries raised by customers, members of the public and Councillors including complaints and provide performance information in relation to all aspects of the Compliance Team management of data.
We are looking for some who has experience of working in social housing or a related field and has the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload effectively, showing flexibility and adaptability.
