At our services every day is different - every person has a story as well as a unique need. You’ll join our friendly team in this unique setting. Your main tasks will be to oversee a team of care and support staff. Ensuring all people within the service receive an excellent standard of care and are safe from harm. You will support the management team at to provide accurate records and care / support plans for all the vulnerable people in your care. You will ensure that Customers / Residents have as much choice and control in their lives as possible.
To apply for this role you will need to hold a level 2 NVQ / QCF in health and social care or equivalent and be prepared to work towards a level 3 qualification. You will be able to demonstrate a level of experience in the care and support of older people living with difficulties, such as physical disability / frailty and Dementia. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage others in the work environment. Such as the ablity to motivate and lead a team effectively to achieve the desired outcomes of the people in your care. You will become part of a wider team of people, all working towards the same goal – to provide an excellent service to the people in our care.
