As such the borough provides an exciting opportunity to experience all aspects of planning.
Hertsmere is in the process of preparing a positive vision for growth within the borough through our new Local Plan. We’re also working to provide a Joint Strategic Plan for the area and striving to deliver a quality, focused Development Management service which meets the needs of existing and future residents.
Our own offices benefit from being close to both the A1(M) and M25 whilst Elstree and Borehamwood Station lies within Zone 6 and provides a direct rail link to London St. Pancras.
